Price list

In addition to the production of your own items, the number of which will gradually increase, it is possible to request some modifications from the GM. The prices are somewhat higher precisely because owning a house is already the privilege of the best players and only the best of the best or the entire guild can afford special decorations.

Rules for issuing ports + prices

  • port within one house (e.g. roof - ground floor) - 1 bronze statue + 500,000gp
  • port from house to house - 2 bronze statues + 1,000,000gp
  • two-way port (from house to house and back) - 3 bronze statues + 6,000,000gp
  • one-way port to any markable location - 1 bronze statue + 10,000,000gp
  • one-way port to a non-markable location (only before the dungeon entrance; not available for PK) - 1 silver statue + 250,000gp
  • Guild port from Valhalla to the guild house (only for members of the given guild) - 2 bronze statues + 10,000,000gp
  • Improvement of the guild port from Valhalla to the guild house (for everyone) - 5,000,000gp

conditions:

  • home port must only lead from house to house
  • transfer of house to another owner = cancellation of all decorations and ports
  • house must not be unlocked and accessible to the general public - if the GM discovers this offense, he will immediately cancel the port and delete (in case of rental, vacate) the house without compensation.
  • the player must choose which group of characters the gate will serve (PK vs. NonPK)

Decoration

Interior decoration - any decoration placed inside the house, including the roof

  • price for one part: 200,000gp

Exterior decoration - any decoration placed outside the house (Maximum 2 squares from the house, you cannot barricade the entrance to the house like this)

  • price for the first decoration 750,000gp
  • for the second 1,500,000gp
  • for the third 3,000,000gp
  • next (n-th) = (750,000*(2)^(n-1)

Most decorations consist of more than one piece, in this case the player pays for each piece separately.

Some functional items such as spinning wheels, magic recyclers, looms, etc. are also considered decorations.

Coloring and renaming

  • we only color and rename newly built decorations, previously purchased decorations are not colored or named
  • the player has the option to recolor or name only newly purchased decorations, not functional objects (e.g. doors)
  • the player chooses the color from the color pallete on the website, provided that the color must fit the location where the colored object is placed and the GM must approve the color
  • the name of the object chosen by the player must not be derogatory or vulgar or offensive and must be approved by the GM
  • recoloring or naming the decoration is included in its purchase price

A port or decoration can be requested as standard via page and all ports and decorations are non-transferable and non-movable. The decoration must be requested by the owner of the house in which the given item will be placed.

Other services

  • adding a trash can to the house - free
  • any simple GM intervention - adding a door, new key, locking an object, etc.: 10,000 gp
  • special items (magic recycler, logout statue) 200,000 gp
  • Vampire Clan Coffin (Tremere, Brujah, Gangrel) 2 bronze statues and 1,000,000 gp.
  • moving a port to another house: 3,000,000 gp for each end moved (a one-way port has 2 ends, a two-way port has 4 ends)
  • moving a port within a house: 100,000 gp
